6.5 lbs in two weeks

As of this morning, I’m down a total of 6.5 lbs since beginning again two weeks ago.

I’ve lost 4.4 lbs since last week.

For exercise today, I’ve spent about a half hour wrestling with my husband–always a fun way to get out any aggression and stress as well as burn calories, and now I’m gonna head outside while its nice out. It may be the last nice weekend we have to spend outdoors for a while. We are finally hanging the outdoor Christmas lights. Today will be a good day.
